For those of you that haven't been to Warroad, that's our church/home in the background - it used to be a dull blue color, but the first summer Aaron was here they painted it white - and it looks much better! Our apartment is in the upstairs - even though you can't see them on this picture, we do have windows :)
Oh yes, this is our garden - this picure slightly distorts it, but it really is huge for two people! The ground there is very muddy, so Aaron put it in ridges to encourage drainage and I think it's going to work great!
We went to an endorsing convention for state representative canidates - neither of us had ever been to one before, so it was pretty interesting - even though it was well over an hour away, we ran into several people we knew, so enjoyed visiting and also becoming better informed citizens.
Aaron's been working on our van the last couple days - it was giving us some trouble, and since we're planning on visiting some relatives in the next couple weeks, he's getting it all tuned up.
Today, Aaron and I went to International Falls - he spoke at a National Day of Prayer breakfast at a church there. He did a great job and I think everyone enjoyed meeting a real chaplain in a real uniform :) The people there also prayed for us and after the prayer time at the church, we went to the flagpole near the courthouse and prayed some more.
I've been reading a book of Rebekah's on pregnancy - I guess you could say it's very interesting.
We also were in Grand Rapids on Saturday night/Sunday morning to preach at Grand Rapids Baptist Church (that is, Aaron preached and I just sat there and smiled...) so we've been keeping very busy with things and I don't think it's going to slow down anytime soon!
